NH Vocational Rehabilitation is here for you - our goal is to help you become employed or stay employed. The work we do together will be designed to help you achieve your employment goal.

• When you are referred, NHVR will schedule you an appointment to get started. At that first meeting, your Rehabilitation Counselor will explain the process and provide you with information on services.
• After your meeting, the next step in the process is your application and eligibility. After NHVR receives your application, we will work with you to determine your eligibility for the program.
• After eligibility, you and your Rehabilitation Counselor will develop a plan to help you reach your employment goals. Everyone's plans are different as they are based on your job goals and your needs.
• Once your plan is developed, NHVR continues to provide support and services to assure your success.
