NSLP Application Materials for SY 2024-2025

• The items below are required to be uploaded to the SY2024-2025 National School Lunch program (NSLP) and School Breakfast Program (SBP) application. If your SAU/RA operates other Child Nutrition (SN) programs, have a Food Service Management Company (FSMC), or are a Residential Child Care Institution (RCCI), additional documentation will also need to be attached. These documents can be found at the bottom of the page by program.
• Please note that the NSLP application needs to be fully submitted before the first day of meal service for SY2024-2025.  Application needs to be fully approved by the State Agency by September 30, 2024, or claims for reimbursement can be affected.
