CoIIN - SBHS

The CoIIN-BHS project is administered through the University of Maryland Center for School Mental Health and is supported locally by the Office of Student Wellness.

This work establishes a Collaborative Improvement & Innovation Network (CoIIN) in which local New Hampshire school districts explore their current approach to comprehensive school mental health and opportunities for improvement and sustainability. The success of this work is found through peer to peer learning and the engagement of local community partners.

The goals of the CoIIN-SBHS project include the following:

  1. Create school districts/systems that promote optimal social, emotional, and academic outcomes for students and staff.
  2. Conduct a Learning Community environment/process that equips participants with the knowledge, skills, support, and motivation to develop trauma-informed learning communities within their own site.
