School Building Aid
School building aid funds support the construction of new schools, additions and/or substantial renovations to existing schools, and/or purchase or lease-purchase of equipment designed to improve energy efficiency and indoor air quality of buildings. New Hampshire public school districts and public chartered schools may apply for building aid grants by April 1st each year. All eligible applications are reviewed and ranked. Building aid grant awards are based upon the ranking of the school's building aid application and the availability of State and local funding.
