Answer:

This error usually occurs because a SASID in your file is wrong. For example a SASID might have 9 digits
instead of the required 10. Please go through your file to see if you can pick out a SASID problem. If you
do not see any issues, please e-mail i4see.Help@doe.nh.gov to let them know. Someone will get back to
you and help you resolve the problem.
