All my files have been submitted for EOY and BOY and I have verified across the district. How does the Superintendent Certify the information?

The Superintendent needs to sign on to the workbench using his unique User Name and Password. From
the workbench he will click on "District Review", select the type of file to be certified (for example, BOY)
and view the reports. When he is satisfied that the data is correct, he can click on the Certify button.
When he has confirmed his selection, the data will be locked and can no longer be edited.
