I use the same LASID for each single SASID submission. The workbench will not allow me to get a new
SASID. Why?

Answer:

Each time you request an individual SASID for your district, you must use a different LASID. This will help
you identify the individual students when you look in your "district" SASID file in the future. (The
"district" SASID file holds all of your individual SASID assignments.)
