Does i4see need to know if a LASID changes?

We do not track changes in LASID. The LASID that we store is the LASID that was associated with the
student at the time of the original SASID request. We don't use it at all. It is intended for the use of the
school. It enables them to match the SASID with the right person (since name is not in the file of
assigned SASIDS).
