Is it recommended that districts ask i4see help to delete unnecessary batches?

No, they should be able to delete them on their own, by selecting the batch and clicking delete. If the
file gets 'stuck' in a state such as uploading... (which it should not) then they may need help and they
should contact us using the i4seehelp e-mail.
