Why is the acronym "i.4.see?"

i.4.see stands for the Initiative for School Empowerment and Excellence. The system will provide the
opportunity for gains-based assessment analysis, help track dropouts and improve the accuracy of all
the student data, including that used for distributing millions of dollars in state aid to education.
