“A Day in the Life of a Middle School Student” - Month of the Young Adolescent Contest Winners

The New Hampshire Association of Middle Level Education (NHAMLE) sponsored a contest for the Month of the Young Adolescent. The purpose of the event was to showcase the talents of the young adolescents in New Hampshire. Student work was anything that could be expressed on that paper. i.e. poem, short story, drawing, photography collage, etc. Completed work represented the theme, “A day in the life of a middle school student.”

The board met to make selections, which was a very difficult job. There are some VERY talented students in New Hampshire. The winners each receive a $50 gift certificate to The Toadstool Bookstore. The students’ work is displayed on bulletin boards throughout the NH Department of Education, or click on the documents below.
