E³ Fatherhood Program Process Evaluation Consultant Acrobat Reader

The New Hampshire Department of Education is seeking proposals for an organization or individual to assist the E³ Fatherhood Program in the area of program evaluation. A successful applicant will provide a narrative and work plan detailing their expertise and approach to meeting the following priorities:

Program Process Evaluation:

  • Design a research plan for examining the internal functioning of the program.
  • Analyze data obtained from plan for internal and external distribution.
    Program Outcome Evaluation
  • Design a research plan for examining the desired outcomes of the program participants.
  • Analyze data obtained from research plan for internal and external distribution.

Proposals are due by 4:30 p.m. on February 12, 2016.

Teen Fatherhood Curriculum Family Life Education Consultant Acrobat Reader

The New Hampshire Department of Education is seeking proposals for an organization or individual to assist the E³ Fatherhood Program in the area of Family Life Education. A successful applicant will provide a narrative and work plan detailing their expertise and approach to meeting the following priorities:
Teen Fatherhood Curriculum

  • Design a curriculum that addresses research-based family needs of adolescent fathers and their families.
  • Implement curriculum with NH non-profits and social services.

Proposals are due by 4:30 p.m. on February 12, 2016.

Teen Fatherhood Transition to IHE Consultant Acrobat Reader

The New Hampshire Department of Education is seeking proposals for an organization or individual to assist the E³ Fatherhood Program in the area of Institute of Higher Education (IHE) transition. A successful applicant will provide a narrative and work plan detailing their expertise and approach to meeting the following priorities:

Teen Fatherhood Transition to IHE:

  • Explore and establish relationships with IHEs in New Hampshire in order to institute best methods to address the needs of teen fathers.
  • Establish relationships between NH IHEs and the E³ Fatherhood Program, establishing procedures for enrolling fathers into IHEs and preparing them on the processes of successfully completing an advanced degree.

Proposals are due by 4:30 p.m. on February 12, 2016.

Educational Surrogate Parent Program: Regional Master Surrogate Parents Educational Surrogate Parent Program: Regional Master Surrogate Parents, Acrobat Reader

The New Hampshire Department of Education, Bureau of Special Education, is seeking proposals for up to five (5) Regional Master Surrogate Parents who will be responsible for providing management, phone support, and e-mail support for education surrogate parents in their assigned region. The five (5) regional groups are: North Country, Lakes Region, Southwest, South Central and Southeast.
