How's Your HACCP Plan?

As part of the National School Lunch Program, each facility must have a food safety program based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles. This workshop will help you to build a HACCP plan and/or polish your current plan. An effective HACCP plan will help reduce risk of foodborne illnesses.
