Arts education in New Hampshire is part of an adequate education as defined in Title XV, Education, Chapter 193-E, Adequate Public Education, Section 193-E:2-a Substantive Educational Content of an Adequate Education. www.gencourt.state.nh.us/rsa/html/XV/193-E/193-E-mrg.htm.
